1. About Roadside Genie

Roadside Genie is a free tool that helps you discover roadside assistance coverage you may already have through credit cards, phone plans, auto insurance, vehicle warranties, and memberships. We do not provide roadside assistance ourselves — we help you find and contact providers who do.

2. No Warranty on Coverage Information

The coverage information displayed by Roadside Genie is compiled from publicly available sources, provider documentation, and our own research. We work hard to keep it accurate, but:

• Provider policies change. Coverage terms, phone numbers, and eligibility may have changed since our last update.
• Your actual coverage depends on your specific account status, plan tier, vehicle eligibility, and provider terms.
• Always verify coverage directly with your provider before relying on it in an emergency.

Roadside Genie is an informational tool — not a guarantee of coverage. We are not liable for any costs incurred if a provider denies coverage or if the information shown is outdated.

3. Emergency Use

Roadside Genie's emergency rescue mode provides ranked contact options for stranded drivers. In a genuine emergency involving immediate danger, always dial 911 first. Roadside Genie is not a replacement for emergency services.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

Roadside Genie participates in affiliate marketing programs, including CJ Affiliate and FlexOffers. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase or sign up for a service, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

We only recommend services we have researched and would recommend regardless of affiliate relationships. Affiliate partnerships do not influence our coverage rankings — results are ranked objectively by cost model (free first, subsidized second, pay-per-use last).

5. Advertising

Roadside Genie displays advertisements from third-party networks (Media.net, InfoLinks, or similar). These ads are labeled as "Advertisement." We do not endorse advertised products or services. Ad interactions are between you and the advertiser.

6. Intellectual Property

The Roadside Genie name, logo, interface design, coverage database, matching engine, and all original content are the property of Eemerg Roadside Assistance. Credit card names, carrier names, vehicle brands, and other trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, extract, or republish our coverage database without permission
• Use Roadside Genie in a way that disrupts or degrades the service
• Misrepresent coverage information obtained from Roadside Genie
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eemerg Roadside Assistance and Roadside Genie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to towing charges, service fees, property damage, personal injury, or loss of use, arising from:

• Reliance on coverage information displayed in the app
• Provider denial of coverage or service
• Outdated or incorrect phone numbers or contact details
• Service unavailability during an emergency

In jurisdictions that do not allow these limitations, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

Roadside Genie links to third-party websites and phone numbers (credit card issuers, insurance companies, roadside assistance providers, state agencies). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or service quality. Interactions with third parties are at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Louis County, Missouri.

12. Contact
